Mac IntelliMouse: Scrolling Features Do Not Work Properly

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer to scroll through a document, the scrolling features may not work properly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

• An XLR8 Point&Scroll mouse is connected to your computer.



• The XLR8 Point&Scroll software is installed on your computer.



• The AutoScroll feature of the Point&Scroll mouse is turned on.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, click the wheel button on the Point&Scroll mouse to turn off the AutoScroll feature.
