SYMPTOMSWhen you try to run Internet Explorer, the following error message occurs:
CAUSEThis problem can occur if Internet Explorer is installed from media, either diskettes or CD-ROM, that has been corrupted. Media can be corrupted by exposure to magnetic material or temperatures that do not meet or exceed the media's temperature restrictions. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, perform the following steps:
