SYMPTOMSWhen you are running the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) Wizard, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSEThis message can occur if you enter an IEAK 4.x code in IEAK 5, or vice versa. RESOLUTIONTo apply for an IEAK customization code, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://microsoft.com/windows/ieak/en/licensing/default.aspYou can change your personal information, accept or cancel your license, or order or decline the IEAK newsletter on this site. If you are a new user and you sign an agreement, an IEAK 5 code is sent to you by default. To receive an IEAK 4.x code, return to the site listed above and click the Existing User link. You are prompted to provide some logon information (e-mail address and customization code). After you enter your profile, click Get 4x Code, and then click Submit. An IEAK 4.x code is sent to the e-mail address specified in your profile. If you have any problems with registration, the Web site, or receiving your code, you can contact ieak@microsoft.comBe sure to include your full name, the name of the company or organization you registered, any e-mail addresses you used, and the IEAK customization code(s) you received, if any.
