SYMPTOMSWhen you install Internet Explorer Administration Kit 5 (IEAK) on a computer running Windows NT Service Pack 3 or Service Pack 4, restrictions to "hide" the Mail button on the toolbar (and other related keys) is not set properly for non-administrator users. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer 5 service pack
