SYMPTOMS

If you run both Internet Explorer 3.0 and MCI Mail, your computer may seem to stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

Running both Internet Explorer 3.0 and MCI Mail can cause system resources to become extremely low. This may cause the computer to seem to hang, although mouse pointer movement may be possible.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this behavior, do not run Internet Explorer 3.0 and MCI Mail simultaneously.
