Cannot Display Context Menu After Installing IE 3.0

SYMPTOMS

After you install Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 for Windows 95, you may be unable to reliably display a context menu in Corel Font Master 6 by using the right mouse button to click an object.


CAUSE

When you install Internet Explorer 3.0, the Comctl32.dll file installed by Windows 95 is replaced. Corel Font Master 6 is not completely compatible with the version of the Comctl32.dll file installed by Internet Explorer 3.0.


RESOLUTION

To display a context menu in Corel Font Master 6 when Internet Explorer 3.0 is installed on your computer, use the SHIFT+F10 key combination instead of using the right mouse button to click an object. You may also be able to work around this problem by clicking an object with the left mouse button immediately after having clicked it with the right mouse button.
