Internet Explorer toolbar buttons are considered icons. Although these
buttons are not affected by the Icon Spacing setting, the text for the
buttons is affected by the Font Size setting. When you use a large font
size in Windows 95, the toolbar button text in Internet Explorer may be
too large to fit in the space provided.
