When you click a link to another Web page in Internet Explorer, you may
receive the following error message:
CAUSEThe Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) code for the link before the selected link in the Web page is missing a quotation mark. Although some Internet browsers, including Internet Explorer version 2.0, permit this error to pass and connect to the link, Internet Explorer version 3.0 and later strictly adhere to the convention of enclosing links within quotation marks.
