Incorrect File Retrieved from Internet Explorer Cache

SYMPTOMS

When you retrieve a file from the Internet Explorer cache, it may not be the correct file.

CAUSE

The Internet Explorer cache saves case-sensitive file names, but does not use case when comparing file names. If you retrieve a file from the cache on a system that is case-sensitive and contains another file with the same name, but in a different case, the wrong file may be retrieved.
