SYMPTOMSWhen you print a Web page from Internet Explorer to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4M printer, the right side of the Web page may not be printed. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if Internet Explorer is configured to print Web pages at a scale size of 100 percent. RESOLUTIONTo work around this behavior, reduce the print scale to 85 percent before you print a Web page. To do so, click Page Setup on the File menu, type 85 in the Scale box, and then click OK. MORE INFORMATIONInternet Explorer prints Web pages at a scale size of 100 percent by default. This results in 3/4 to 1 inch of the right side of the Web page not being printed when you print to an HP LaserJet 4M printer. Additional query words:
