CAUSEThis issue can occur if the Web page's language is set to User Defined. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, change the Web page's language to a something other than User Defined. The western alphabet contains the default character set for English
versions of Windows. The English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish
languages use the western alphabet.
