SYMPTOMSWhen you use the automatic dialing feature of Internet Explorer to connect to the Internet over a dual-channel Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) connection, only one of the two ISDN channels connect. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, use Dial-Up Networking (DUN) to connect to your Internet service provider (ISP), and then start Internet Explorer.
