This behavior can occur if all of the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, press the F5 key to refresh the desktop. The Active Desktop item returns to its original position. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 and in Microsoft Windows 98. Additional query words:
