Personalized Start Page Appears Upside Down and Backwards

SYMPTOMS

When you try to customize your personalized start page at

http://home.microsoft.com/personalizing.personalizing.asp

your Web page may appear upside down and backwards.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using a Creative Graphics Blaster MA302 display adapter that is configured to use High Color (16 Bit) or higher resolution.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Creative Labs to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.

To work around this issue, change the Color Palette setting in Display properties to 256 Color or lower. For information about changing this setting, click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type "256-colors" (without quotation marks) and then double-click the "To change the number of colors your monitor displays" topic
