Problems Printing Web Page to HP LaserJet II or III Printer

SYMPTOMS

When you run Internet Explorer 4.01 on Microsoft Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and you print Web pages to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet II or LaserJet III printer, the complete page may not be printed.


RESOLUTION

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer service pack that contains this fix.
