SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to print a Web page, you may receive the following error message: If you then click Details, you may receive the following error message: Note that the name of the module may vary, and the Web page may print normally. CAUSEThis problem can occur when the title of the Web page contains more than 279 characters. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 for Windows 95 and Microsoft Windows 98. MORE INFORMATIONHypertext Markup Language (HTML) files may contain a <TITLE> tag that specifies the title of the Web page. Internet Explorer displays the title in the title bar of the window, and prints the title in the header of each page. Additional query words: 98
