Unable to Browse File Transfer Protocol Web Site Folders

SYMPTOMS

When you connect to a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Web site, the directory structure may be displayed incorrectly, and you may be unable to browse folders.


CAUSE

This problem can occur if the Web site is using OpenVMS.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.
