SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to connect to a secured Web site that requires a certificate, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSEThis problem can occur if you previously tried to connect to the Web site during the Internet Explorer session, but could not. Internet Explorer caches the first attempt to connect to the Web site, and each subsequent attempt to connect uses the cached information. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem so you do not have to restart your computer before connecting to the Web site, follow these steps in Internet Explorer:
