SYMPTOMSWhen you upgrade to 128-bit encryption for Internet Explorer on a Windows NT 4.0-based computer with Service Pack 4, the upgrade may not provide 128-bit security. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the files that are installed by the 128-bit security update are older than the Service Pack 4 security files already on your computer. RESOLUTION
