SYMPTOMSWhen you click Advanced on the Start Menu Programs tab in Taskbar properties, or use the "/root" parameter for Windows Explorer, the instance of Windows Explorer that opens is the same size and is in the same position as Internet Explorer was when you last ran it. For example, if you had previously maximized Internet Explorer, when you click Advanced on the Start Menu Programs tab in Taskbar properties, the instance of Windows Explorer that opens is also maximized.
