Unable to View the Radio Toolbar

SYMPTOMS

When you try to enable the Radio toolbar in Internet Explorer, the Radio command may be missing from the Toolbars menu.


CAUSE

This issue can occur if you do not have an up to date version of Windows Media Player.


RESOLUTION

To install a newer version of Windows Media Player:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.


  2. Click the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools, and then click Add/Remove.


  3. Click Add a component, click OK, and then follow the instructions on the screen to finish installing Windows Media Player.
