SYMPTOMSWhen you view the Language list in the Add Language dialog box in Language Preferences in Internet Options while viewing a Web page with Internet Explorer Chinese PRC language version, characters in the Language list may not be visible. CAUSEThis issue can occur if you try to view a hyper-text markup language (HTML) file in Unicode format. Characters in Unicode html files are not rendered correctly. RESOLUTION
