SYMPTOMSWhen you use either Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook in Internet Only mode, one network connection to a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) version 2.0 server is not closed after you perform a Find People search. This issue results in multiple open connections on the LDAP server. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the LDAP search component attempts a connection to the LDAP server using the LDAP version 3 protocol.
