SYMPTOMSWhen you visit a Web page that you have already visited, the page may be loaded more slowly than you expect. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the Web page is retrieved by clicking a link that submits data using a form. Internet Explorer 4.0, 4.01, and 4.01 Service Pack 1 do not use the cache to store Web pages or images that are retrieved using data submitted by a form.
