Temporary Files May Remain After You Print a Web Page

SYMPTOMS

When you print a Web page, temporary files may remain in your temporary folder.


CAUSE

This problem can occur if the Web page contains frames or floating frames.


RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, manually delete any temporary files that have "Trb" as the beginning of the file name.

When you print a Web page that contains frames or floating frames, temporary files with names beginning with "Trb" may remain in your temporary folder. Over a period of time, the increasing number of temporary files can cause poor performance. To improve performance, you can manually remove the temporary files that start with "Trb."
