Full Screen Mode Is Missing from Internet Tool in Control Panel

SYMPTOMS

When you try to configure Internet Explorer to open in a full-screen window using the Internet tool in Control Panel, you are unable to do so.


CAUSE

This feature cannot be configured in the Internet tool in Control Panel.


RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:

Method 1

Press F11 to change between full-screen mode and normal mode.

Method 2

On the View menu, click Full Screen, and then press F11 to change back to normal mode.


STATUS

This behavior is by design.
