SYMPTOMS

When you start or quit Internet Explorer 4.01, you may randomly receive the following error message:

Explorer.exe access violation (0x0000005) at address 230038


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have Folio version 4.11 by Open Market, Inc. installed.


RESOLUTION
