SYMPTOMSA Web page that contains a Window.event.keyCode command may not return the proper value when you press the UP or DOWN ARROW key. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Mshtml.dll file contains code that cancels the UP and DOWN ARROW key events when the keyboard focus in on an HTML Input box. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer service pack
