SYMPTOMSAfter you empty the cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer (On the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Empty Now), no disk space is freed up. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Internet Explorer 4.x uses a fixed-size file for its cache. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, you can decrease the size of the Cache.waf file to increase hard disk space. To do this:
