SYMPTOMSWhen you try to gain access to Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) files that have been placed in a Microsoft Exchange public folder by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access 5.5, Internet Explorer 5 may stop responding (hang). This problem is specific to Internet Explorer 5. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer service pack
