To remove Task Scheduler:

  1. Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).


  2. Locate the following registry key:


  3. HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SchedulingAgent
  4. Click the SchedulingAgent folder, and then double-click the UninstallString key.


  5. Copy the value data on the UninstallString key.


  6. Quit Registry Editor.


  7. Click Start, click Run, right-click in the open dialog box, and then click Paste.


  8. Click OK to uninstall Task Scheduler.
