SYMPTOMS

When you try to install NetZero version 2.0, you may receive an error message that includes the Hhctrl.ocx file.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.02 or earlier. NetZero requires a Java-enabled browser to function correctly.

RESOLUTION
