SYMPTOMS
After you uninstall Internet Explorer 5.01 from a computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, or Windows NT, the Radio toolbar may be missing.
CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the Msdxm.ocx file is unregistered during the uninstallation of Internet Explorer 5.01. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, re-register the Msdxm.ocx file:
