Note that this problem occurs only when you install Internet Explorer 5 on a Windows NT 4.0-based computer with 128-bit encryption, on which Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 was installed with the Task Scheduler add-on. RESOLUTIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
