The Microsoft Knowledge Base is a primary Microsoft product information
source for Microsoft support engineers; it is also available to Microsoft
customers. This comprehensive database includes more than 60,000 detailed
articles containing technical information about Microsoft products, fix
lists, documentation errors, and answers to commonly asked technical
support questions. These articles are also available through MSN (the
Microsoft Network online service), the Microsoft TechNet CD-ROM, and the
Microsoft Developer Network CD-ROM.
Accessing the Microsoft World Wide Web SiteBefore you can access the Knowledge Base on the World Wide Web you must log on to your Internet account and start a World Wide Web browser.
