This information is intended for use by banks and solution providers who are evaluating or implementing a home banking server solution using OFC and Microsoft Money. For a fuller description of Open Financial Connectivity (OFC) please see the OFC specification. The specification is available for download on the Microsoft Web site by searching on the keyword OFC.

The OFC specification indicates that international versions of Money and OFC may only use 64 bit SSL or PCT encryption. Both SSL 3.0 and PCT 1.0 versions are supported. The 64 bit algorithm that is implemented in Schannel.dll for OFC is 64 bit RC4.
