  2. Click Member Info. in the blue menu bar.


  3. Click Office Update Technical Support.


  4. Click Office Update Support Form.


    • You may be prompted to establish a Registration ID, if you haven't already done so, which you can use to obtain many Microsoft products or services.


    • To establish the ID, enter your e-mail address in the space provided and click Continue.


    • If you do not have an e-mail address, you can quickly get one by clicking hotmail.com on the registration page.


  5. After you enter your e-mail address, click Continue.


  6. Type your Password.If you can't remember your password, click E-mail My Password and we will send it to you.
