SYMPTOMSThe Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) version 2.0 SMTPSVC service on a computer running Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 4 may strip the message body when a message contains bcc information. CAUSEThe message body is only stripped if the bcc information immediately precedes the message body contents. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
