SUMMARYWord 6.x
In Word 6.x for the Macintosh, to view a complete list of your custom and
standard styles:
- On the Format menu, click Style.
- Under List, select All Styles.
In Word 6.x, to get a printout of your custom and standard styles:
- On the File menu, click Print.
- Under Print What, select Styles.
Word 4.0 and 5.x
In Word 4.0 and 5.x for the Macintosh, to view a list of your custom and
standard style sheets or glossaries:
- On the Format menu, click one of the following:
Style
Define Styles
Define All Styles
-or-
On the Edit menu, click Glossary.
NOTE: In Word 4.0, to obtain Define All Styles, hold down the SHIFT
key before you choose the command from the Format menu.
- On the File menu, click Print.
To print an outline that includes the styles of a document:
- On the View menu, click Outline (Outlining from the Document menu in
4.0).
- Select the level you want to print.
- On the File menu, click Print.
In Word 5.x, the above procedures will print ALL style definitions and
glossary entries regardless of which option is selected (User Defined or
Standard Entries).
