SYMPTOMSWhen you export a folder to a disk location that does not have adequate drive space available, no error message is displayed. Also, during the Export or Import of the folder, no error is generated. When a user attempts to open a message within the suspect folder, the following error message may be displayed:
CAUSEThe information in the folder was not completely copied and the message or attachment in question could not be accessed. RESOLUTIONPerform the export again using a location with adequate disk space. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows.
