SYMPTOMSWhile attempting to add an external address to the postoffice address list using the Address - Create command in the Microsoft Mail Administrator program, the following error occurs:
CAUSEThe Netpo.glb file may be corrupted. To determine whether the file is corrupted, get the exact file size, subtract 4, and then divide by 43. There should be no remainder. Any remainder is a warning of file corruption. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods:
