PC WRmt: Remote Mail Errors Using Custom Script

The information in this article applies to:

Microsoft Mail Remote for Windows, version 3.2

SYMPTOMS

The Windows Remote client does not respond to incoming calls using custom script.

CAUSE

The Windows client is not making proper use of the Waitrsp command in the modem script.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but has not been fully regression-tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
