To increase security, when the Windows Media Player obtains a license from a Windows Media Rights Manager server, the key and license files are associated with the installation of Microsoft Windows that was running when the license was acquired. Then, when run from a secondary installation of Microsoft Windows, Windows Media Player will go through the license acquisition process again. Additional query words: netshow drm
