MORE INFORMATION

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. Create a new form not based on any table or query.

  2. On the Insert menu, click Object. In the Object Type box, click Microsoft Graph 2000 Chart, and then click OK.

  3. Update the graph to Microsoft Access by clicking on the form's gray space away from the graph itself.

  4. Change the following properties of the graph object:

  5.
       Object Frame:
          RowSourceType: Value List
          RowSource: Title;AAA;H1;H2;H3;1;2;3
          ColumnCount: 3
  6. Open the form in Form view. Note that the graph appears blank because the RowSource property only contains eight values while the ColumnCount is 3. To correct the graph, add another value to the RowSource property list.
