Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers. This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and a Microsoft Access project (.adp). SYMPTOMSThe Toolbox command on the View menu is unavailable (appears dimmed) when you have a form, report, or data access page open in Design view. CAUSEThe built-in toolbars in Microsoft Access are turned off. The Toolbox command is available only if you have not turned off the built-in toolbars. RESOLUTIONTo make the Toolbox command available, follow these steps:
