Moderate: Requires basic macro, coding, and interoperability skills. This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and a Microsoft Access project (.adp). SYMPTOMSWhen you run Access 2000 on Microsoft Terminal Server, the Microsoft Script Editor does not start when you click the Microsoft Script Editor command on the Tools menu. CAUSEAlthough the Microsoft Script Editor command does appear on the Tools menu, the Microsoft Script Editor cannot be installed on Terminal Server. The Microsoft Script Editor is not compatible with Terminal Server. RESOLUTIONIf you want to use the Script Editor, do not run Access 2000 on Terminal Server. Instead, run Access 2000 on a computer on which Windows 95 or later or Windows NT is installed.
