This information is not correct. The Switchboard Manager does not appear on the Add-Ins submenu on the Tools menu as it does in earlier versions of Microsoft Access. RESOLUTIONThe Switchboard Manager now appears on the Database Utilities submenu on the Tools menu. To start the Switchboard Manager:
