SYMPTOMSIf you use the Page Wizard to add fields to a data access page, the Group by Table button will not be available. RESOLUTION
The Group by Table command is available only if you manually add fields from the Field List box to the page. After you use the Page Wizard to build the page, even if grouping is not added at that time, you must group the page by using the Promote button. MORE INFORMATION
The Group by Table command creates a new group based on the currently selected control, moving that field and any other field belonging to the same table or query into the new group. This is the preferred method of creating a group if you want all associated controls moved as well. Steps to Reproduce Behavior
