SYMPTOMSWhen you install the Access Workflow Designer server or developer components when Microsoft SQL Server is already installed, the Access Workflow Designer installation logs changes to the computer system. As part of the changes logged during installation, the Access Workflow Designer queries and stops all Microsoft SQL Server services, including the MSSQLServer and SQLServerAgent services.
