Changing the Comment in a Workgroup Add-On Machine

SUMMARY

Workgroup Add On for MS-DOS 3.11 defaults to the comment entry:

MS-DOS Peer Server..
To change or remove this entry, follow the steps listed below:
  1. Edit the SYSTEM.INI file.


  2. Create a new entry under the [Network] section called Comment=.


  3. Add any comment after the equal sign up to 20 characters including spaces.
